I'm running one a week later. I'm hitting the treadmill tonight to formally start my training.

I used this training schedule when I ran the half-marthon in Austin January 2007, which was one of the most fulfilling things I've ever done. That's very similar to the TnT training schedule.

I feel like I am in good hands. It's my coach's 17th season with TnT. He promises me he'll get me across the finish line.
